By creating an account with Makamesco Pay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Makamesco Pay provides payment processing services, including mobile money integration, card processing, and related financial infrastructure for businesses operating in Africa.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must complete KYC/KYB verification to access live payment processing

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Makamesco Pay for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees

We charge a processing fee of 1.5% per successful transaction. Additional provider fees may apply depending on the payment method and region. Fee details are available in your merchant dashboard.

6. Settlement

Settlements are processed within 1-3 business days after successful transaction completion, subject to KYC/KYB approval and compliance review.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Makamesco Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
